Cancellation Policy

sangamonline Cancellation policies

User can communicate through email or Phone for cancellation, in this case payment won’t be captured and order will be cancelled immediately. Provided order is not yet processed or not send to our shipping agent.

The amount will not be captured until products are shipped and status is updated to processed at sangamonline. If the processing fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the user.
